Vaneti Royal is a luxury menswear brand offering ready-made suits, custom-made suits (optional), coats, shirts, and accessories with worldwide delivery.
By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • you agree to these Terms & Conditions,
  • and you provide accurate information during checkout.

2. Products & Descriptions

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, including:

  • fabric details
  • color representation
  • sizing information
  • design features

However:

  • Colors may vary slightly depending on screen settings
  • Handmade items may show minimal variation
  • Ready-made suits follow standard sizing
  • Custom-made suits are made based on measurements provided by the client

Vaneti Royal is not responsible for measurement errors submitted by the customer.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices displayed on our website are in USD unless stated otherwise.
We accept:

  • Credit/debit cards
  • PayPal
  • Other secure payment methods

We reserve the right to update prices or correct errors at any time.

4. Order Processing

Once an order is placed:
✔ Ready-made suits are prepared for shipment
✔ Custom-made suits begin production
✔ Order confirmation is sent by email
You are responsible for providing a valid email and shipping address.

5. Order Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase.
After this period:

  • Ready-made suits cannot be canceled as they may already be processed
  • Custom-made suits cannot be canceled once tailoring has begun

6. Shipping & Delivery

We offer worldwide delivery.
Shipping times vary by country:

  • Ready-made suits: 5–12 business days
  • Custom-made suits: 7–14 days production + shipping

Delays caused by customs, courier issues, weather, or local holidays are outside our control.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees required by their country.

    7. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

    Custom suits (measurement requested)

     ✔ Alteration assistance offered
    Shirts, coats & accessories
     ❌ Refunds not available
     ✔ Exchange or store credit may be approved if unused

    8. Customer Responsibilities

    By ordering from Vaneti Royal, you agree to:

    • Provide accurate personal and shipping information
    • Submit correct measurements (for custom suits)
    • Review your order before confirming payment
    • Track your delivery using the provided tracking number

    Vaneti Royal is not responsible for:

    • Incorrect measurements submitted by the customer
    • Delays caused by local customs or courier companies
    • Lost packages due to incorrect addresses

    All branding elements, including:

    • logos
    • images
    • product designs
    • website content
    • graphics
    • slogans
    • product descriptions

    are the exclusive property of Vaneti Royal and may not be reproduced, copied, or used without written permission.

    10. Fraud Prevention

    For fraud prevention and security:

    • Orders may be held for verification
    • Suspicious activity may result in order cancellation
    • Customers may be asked to verify identity or payment details

    This protects both Vaneti Royal and our customers.

    Our liability is limited to the cost of the product purchased.
