At Vaneti Royal, we take pride in offering luxury menswear crafted with precision, premium fabrics, and exceptional attention to detail.
Because of the nature of our products, our refund policy is structured to protect both the customer experience and the integrity of our craftsmanship.


 

1. Refunds for Ready-Made Suits (Standard Sizes)

Ready-made suits are produced in standard sizing and eligible for exchange only.
❌ No refunds on ready-made suits
We do not offer monetary refunds unless:

  • the item arrives damaged, OR
  • the wrong product is delivered

✔ If you receive a damaged or incorrect suit
You may request:

  • a replacement at no extra cost
  • or store credit

To qualify, you must:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos or videos of the issue

2. Refunds for Custom-Made Suits (Measurement Requested)

Custom suits are made specifically to the client's measurements and preferences.
❌ No refunds on custom-made suits
Because each custom suit is tailored uniquely for the purchaser, we cannot offer refunds or returns under any circumstance.
✔ Adjustment Assistance
If your custom suit needs adjustments, we provide support such as:

  • alteration guidance
  • partial alteration reimbursement (case-by-case)
  • discounted remake options

3. Refunds for Coats, Shirts & Accessories

❌ No refunds
These items may qualify for an exchange or store credit only (must be unused and in original condition).


4. Refunds for Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are non-refundable, except when Vaneti Royal is responsible for:

  • damaged items
  • incorrect items
  • lost shipments

In these cases, we will cover replacement shipping costs or issue store credit.


5. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 2 hours of purchase.
After 2 hours, production or packaging may begin, and cancellation is no longer possible.
Custom orders cannot be canceled once production starts.


6. When Refunds Are Approved (Rare Cases Only)

If a refund is approved due to:

  • damaged item
  • incorrect item
  • manufacturing defect

Refunds will be issued:

  • to the original payment method
  • within 5–10 business days

Only the product cost is refundable (not shipping fees).


7. How to Request a Refund (Rare Exceptions Only)
