1. Ready-Made Suits (Standard Sizes)
Because our ready-made suits are produced in standard sizes, we accept exchanges under the following conditions:
✔ Exchange Eligibility
You may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order if:
- the size does not fit
- the suit arrives damaged
- the wrong item was delivered
✔ Condition Requirements
All exchanged items must be:
- unworn
- unwashed
- free of damage or alteration
- with original tags and packaging
❌ No refunds on ready-made suits
Exchanges only.
We do not offer refunds on ready-made suits unless the item arrives damaged.
2. Custom-Made Suits (Measurement Requested)
Custom suits are handmade according to your exact measurements.
❌ No Returns or Exchanges
Because each custom suit is created specifically for the client, custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged.
✔ Adjustment Support
If your custom suit requires minor alterations, we offer support by:
- guiding you with a local tailor
- providing partial compensation (case-by-case)
- offering a remake at a discounted rate if necessary
Customer satisfaction remains a top priority.
3. Coats, Shirts, and Accessories
For all other products:
✔ Exchanges accepted within 7 days
Item must be unused and in original condition.
❌ No refunds
Exchanges or store credit only.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos or videos
- We will replace the item at no additional cost
Vaneti Royal covers the shipping cost for replacement orders.
5. How to Request an Exchange

Our team will reply within 24 hours.
6. Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for shipping the item back for exchanges (unless item arrived damaged).
- Vaneti Royal covers the shipping of the replacement item.
7. Final Sale Items
Discounted or promotional items are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned.
